Who is Johnny the Blogger?

Johnny is a well-known writer in the UK with many strings to his literary guitar.
In 2010 his book about the culture of football in Britain - We Ate All The Pies, was long-listed for the prestigious William Hill Sports Book of the Year. 2011 saw his highly personal book about the culture of so-called healthy eating, The Meat Fix published to international acclaim.

But it is his Nick Guymer novels for which he is most well-known. An ever-expanding series of novels based around Nick Guymer, a football writer, his best mate and second-hand record store owner Jeff and the love of his life, Julie, they have captivated thousands of readers with their twisting plots, compulsive characters and emotional climaxes.

On top of this, he also writes the Artie Taylor books - a series of novels about a rock photographer based in California. Yes he is a workaholic.

He sits in a lofty Edinburgh apartment, which he shares with his partner Dawn, surrounded by over 4000 vinyl albums. Obsessed from an early age with rock music and collecting records, he brings this deep passion to his writing for DJTees.com a company he and Dawn founded in 2002.
