Returns & Size Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
Any return or exchange requests should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to make a simple size exchange then please return your item to the address below along with a copy of the documentation included, stating clearly the exchange you would like to make. As soon as we receive your returned item we will process and dispatch your exchange within a few days.
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order and wish to return it for an exchange or refund then please email us with your return request as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org we will endeavour to process the request quickly and efficiently.
We’re happy to refund you in full if you don’t like a t-shirt, however, you must return it to us in perfect condition. If you send it back to us with deodorant stains on, badly crumpled, stinking of smoke, sweat, beer or curry, then obviously, we can’t refund you.
Please remember, if you are returning an item you are responsible for it until it reaches us. We therefore recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for any returned parcels that go missing prior to reaching our factory.
There are no returns on anything marked as a Sale item.

We usually print & dispatch all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed.
Postage - £2.50 for the first item and £1 for each additional item.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class and typically take 1-4 days to arrive, although can occasionally take up to 7 days. Please allow 10 days after you have placed your order before contacting us for non arrival. Royal Mail require us to wait this long before declaring the item lost.
NON UK ORDERS
European Postage - £3.50 for the first item and £1.50 for each additional item.
Delivery expected within 3-5 days of dispatch, however this can take up to 10 days.
USA, Australia, Canada & ROW - £4.50 for the first item and £2.50 for each additional item.
Delivery expected within 5-7 days of dispatch, however, it has be known to take up to 18 days on occassion.
For all non-UK regions please allow 21 days before contacting us about the non arrival of any orders.
