Q. I'm Having trouble placing an order online. What should I do?

A. Email your order details and name and address to us at DJTEES and we can process your order manually. Or call the office 44 (0) 1206 617175 and we can take your order.

Q. Why haven't I had an RBSWorldpay OR PAYPAL auto receipt or a shipping confirmation?

A. You must have given us an invalid email address or Your ISP or mail browsers' spam filter or firewall has deleted or blocked it.

Q. I have registered with you already but now my password doesn't work. Why not?

A. Usually this because when you registered, you either used a different email address or you spelled the email address wrongly.
When you return and enter the email address correctly, the system is therefore unable to match your password to it. The solution is to re-register using a new email address. Make sure you close and then re-open your browser before doing so.

Q. Can I change the log-in email address for my account?

A. Yes just email DJTEES with your full name and address and your new email address. We'll change it in the system for you.

Q. Can I change my password?

A. Yes. Just email DJTEES with your full name address, log-in email address and your NEW password. We'll change it in the system

Q. How much is shipping to where I live?

A. Take a look at the Shipping and Delivery Info Page.

Q. I'm not sure if my order went through? How can I find out if it did?

A. If after entering your card information on the RBSWorldpay secure payment page and clicking BUY, you did not see the Order Confirmation page with details of the items you ordered and the Transaction ID number, then you have almost certainly not successfully placed an order.
If you have successfully ordered from us you will also receive an Automatic Receipt from RBSWorldpay by email with your order details (as long as you have provided a working email address - this is very important!)

Q. I run a store and would be interested in wholesale prices. Can you send me information?

Q. Are your prices in $US?

A. No. We're a British company and so we charge in British Pounds(GBP). That's what this symbol means £. It's not a weird dollar sign.

Q. How much are your t-shirts in my currency?

A. You can find out by going to this Currency Convertor. www.xe.com/ucc/

Q. Why have I been over-charged?

A. You haven't. We can't over-charge even if we wanted to, which we wouldn't. We don't have access to your card details. You probably thought we charged in your own currency but we actually charge in British Pounds which is then converted at the current exchange rate into your own currency by your bank.

Q.Are your standard t-shirts tight or fitted in style?

A.We offer t-shirts in both regular and fitted styles, also women's skinny fit tees and kids tees.

Q. I don't have a credit card. Can I send an order in the post/mail?

A. Yes. If you just send your order to us, along with your address and make a cheque or postal order payable to 'DJTEES'.

Q. I'm in America. Do you take $ checks or money orders?

A. No. We can only accept payment in £ Sterling (UK currency). Do not under any circumstances send us payment in any currency other than £ Sterling. You can get a Sterling money order from your bank. Make it payable to 'DJTEES; and send it in the mail to us along with your order & address.

Q. Can you print other colour combinations than the ones on the web site?

A. Maybe but hey, we're the designers round here. There's usually up to 8 colour combos on site.

Q. Do you have the design I'm interested in buying in stock?

A. We print everything to order. We don't have any stock.

Q. I'm a photographer and have shots of musicians/comedians/movie stars & bands. Would you be interested in buying them?

A. Yes we would. E mail DJTEES and let us know what you've got.

Q. Can you print my design/artwork onto a t-shirt?

A. No. We don't do one-offs. Lots of other companies do though. Do a search on Google for 't-shirts'!
