For all deliveries needed for Xmas, please note your location's last order dates below.
We will be printing and shipping orders until 23rd December.
From 24th - 4th January, we lie down in a dark room and take a production break.

ALL YEAR ROUND SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO
Shipping is FREE worldwide. Yes, FREE. Even if you live up a tree in Siberia.
We usually print & ship all orders within 3 working days of being placed. So if you order on a Monday, typically, we’d ship it on Wednesday. Order on a Friday and it’d ship on Tuesday etc etc.
UK ORDERSAll UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class and typically take 1-4 days to arrive, though can occasionally take up to 7 days.
Please wait 10 days after you have placed an order before contacting us if it has not arrived. Royal Mail require us to do wait this long before declaring it lost.
24 HOUR FEDEX COURIER SERVICE NOW AVAILABLE FOR UK CUSTOMERS
When checking out, UK customers can now opt to have their order delivered by Fedex Courier for an additional £5.00.
This guarantees delivery within 24 hours of being collected and must be signed for.
Non UK customers who want an order sent to a UK address can use this option too.
Please note: Opting for a Courier delivery doesn't always mean you'll receive your order within 24 hours of ordering. We'll still print & ship your order in 1-3 days of you placing it and if we can't, we'll let you know.
If you have any deadline for an order to arrive, please let us know at the time of ordering and we'll do our best to meet it. You can do this by emailing admin@djtees.com or calling 01453 767700 during office hours. You can also use these contacts if you need to get your Fedex tracking number.
All non-UK orders are shipped by regular Air Mail. Courier services are very expensive!
Below are typical delivery times to use as a guideline for when to expect your order to be delivered AFTER we have shipped it.
Western Europe 7-10 days. Can be as quick as 4 days, and occasionally as long as 14.
Eastern Europe 12-14 days.
USA, Australia, Canada & ROW 10-12 days. We’ve had some orders arrive within 4 and others take as long as 18.
For all non-Uk regions please wait at least 18 days after placing an order before contacting us if it hasn't arrived.
