When enquiring about your order please be polite, most customers are super nice but occasionally people are very passive aggressive, like their case is different from everyone else and we're trying to rip you off. There's no need, I'll always sort you out. I can't make the mail work any quicker, especially to Canada, which is very slow or on strike, but if your order gets lost or doesn't arrive, I'll always refund or replace the shirt. Mistakes do happen, but don't take it personally. Humans make errors sometimes. We'll always make everything right for you. 

And while we're here, don't tell me the postage costs are too high, if there's a free postal service, I haven't heard of it. We actually lose money overall on postage. It's expensive to send anything as most (but not all) people realise.

You've heard of Brexit haven't you? If you haven't, I admire your ability to ignore the real world. It means if you live in the EU, you will have to pay VAT on your order to get it delivered. Please don't waste all of our time by ordering if you don't want to and don't send me indignant emails about it  - I can't help it, I hate it more than you, believe me and I have told you!!
