This is the ‘badge’ from the ‘What A Bunch Of Sweeties’ cover. I got into them late, in 1979 by which time they’d been defunct for about 6 years. I think it coincided with our dope smoking years, unsurprisingly. They were a bit frightening to us kids. Very much your older brothers stoner friends living in a squat. Musically they were punk 4 years before punk in that it was all loud and basic but their no frills approach felt very hedonistic at the time.And that album got to #48 which must have bought them a lot of grass and acid!
