A sizzling blues rock record recorded at the Fillmore East which captures Johnny in blistering form. Tragically, it's the only live document of the 'And' band. they were exciting and virtuoso in the extreme. This is probably one of the records which made Johnny's name in the 70's. The precise high-speed paying is like no one else.
Their version of Jumping Jack Flash is far better than the Stones, and Good Morning Little Schoolgirl is delivered at breakneck speed.
You see this record in the £3.00 bins a lot and if you haven't got it or if you used to have it and it got lost along the way, then dig it out again - it's as fantastic as you remember.
