I never knew anyone who didn’t like Focus, as eccentric as they could be, what with all the yodelling. For a time in 1975, they were all I listened to. That combination of super fast, melodic guitar with soaring tunes, was captivating, perhaps especially the Live At The Rainbow album which I would fall asleep listening to during lunchtime at home. It seemed to relieve the pressure of a school day
